Jive turkey

Lead along for almost 6 years on this bull Jive hernia mesh claim mess....done with it ....want my name removed from all of it...tired of hearing the word patience....and I hope this helps some one who reads it...they pay all the liens before ya see your "pocket money".... exploiting peaple....

Todd, not sure that you are really a client of the firm because you only provided your first name and no hernia mesh case has settled yet. If a case has not settled, no one knows yet what the liens will be. Round-up Lawsuit

I began to participate in a Round-up lawsuit in March of 2020 with Mcdonald Worley. Since that time, I have corresponded with 8 people - Ashton, Kristy, Haley, Briana, Lindsey, Bianca, Chris and now Twanna. That’s a lot of turn over! I requested an appeal on my offer in August of 2021, it has now b...een 17 months since I sent in my appeal packet. When I requested a copy of my appeal letter, the one sent to me contained my parts of my appeal letter and information from another client in the same letter. I was told an attorney at the firm was filing for an appeal and must have had my letter open and accidently typed over it. This makes me worried whether the settlement team has my accurate information and is working to process my appeal. I have lost all confidence in this firm.

I can’t even talk with them they blocked 2 of my numbers I don’t have a clue what’s happening with my case I don’t even know if

It’s the worst Lawfurm I’ve ever dealt with ! They won’t transfer me to my team so I can find out what’s going on with my case I don’t even know if they’re still representing me ! They are hard to deal with ! They Won’t communicate with you very well ! The most arrogant lawyers ever dealt with !

Good Day, I’ve reached out to you on 08/30/2022 & 09/12/2022 in regard to the medical liens. I haven’t heard or gotten a response from anyone at your law firm. I have requested documentation stating the amounts of monies, if any to be paid to medicaid or whomever for liens. I was told the settlemen...t amount was over 42,000 but only received 10,000. You all withheld $5,861.92 from my settlement and told me it was being held for that reason until the lien’s resolution department finalized things. I haven’t heard from anyone since the end of July. I’ve contacted Medicaid, and to their knowledge, there’s no monies owed to them. I’m aware that if they paid for any procedures or anything they are entitled to be reimbursed. I would truly appreciate a response back with an update! I will be reaching out to the Attorney General of Texas for some help soon as well. Thank you for all you’ve done. Looking forward to speaking with you soon.

KIzzy: I'm sorry that you haven't received a satisfactory response. I will send you another email today and give you a call also if you want. I obviously didn't explain the lien process very well. There is a court appointed lien resolution company who is responsible for negotiating down the healthcare liens. If any entity such as Medicaid pay for any healthcare related to your injury, then they are entitled to be reimbursed out of any settlement. We will send you all updates we receive from the lien resolution company once they are received. - Don Worley

Tumara Cross essure case

I was told that I would be getting 42000 and the lawyers take 40% but only ended up with 8775 then medical lien money was taken that was 10500 and now I can’t get a answer of when do I get my medical lien money because I don’t owe anything so I feel robbed of my money will I get my medical lien money... from the lawyers I want answers or do I have to sue for my medical lien money

Tumara: I apologize that you didn't get a clear answer on your medical liens. I just sent you an email explaining that the lien resolution company appointed by the court held back funds for potential medical liens. If Medicare, Medicaid or an insurance company paid for any health care related to your injuries, then they are entitled by law to be reimbursed from the settlement proceeds. Hopefully some of these funds will be released to you in the future when the lien resolution process is final.
