Been over 5 yrs since I hired yours firm and nothing keep telling it no time frame why u keep pushing cases back went I call I get a different story on my case.

I know it is frustrating that these mass tort cases take so long. The pharmaceutical companies want to drat it our as long as possible and neither you or I get any funds until it settles. Just know that we are working every day on this. This is the only story on your case and there is not another one. I wish I had a settlement offer for you today but I don't. But hopefully in 2024. Taxotere Hair loss Case

My case was transferred from my previous law firm Bailey and Greer in Memphis, TN back in May. I've called countless of times trying to get an update on the case and have spoken to and left a many messages and no one has ever returned my call. I'm always told that some will call and nothing. I was to...ld that the attorney was making calls. The paralegal I was assigned to at Bailey and Greer was awesome! She always kept in touch and returned any phone calls I made if she wasn't available when I called. This is unprofessional.

Scandals

I have been a case with these people for awhile. The first person a dealt with was very nice and let me know what was going on. Some people I have to give some of this money to done know what they are getting and the person I have been talking to will not call me back when I call, will not email me b...ack. In December she told me was settled and should hear something by beginning of January but the other day when I was asking questions and matter of fact it took me 25 calls and messages to get her to answer me. She told me 3 weeks ago my closing statement was on lawyer desk but still not signed. About a week ago she said she would have the lawyer call me and still haven't heard from no one. They took a fourth of my money for judges supposedly but of course I can't get no one to tell me anything.

Joyce, I'm disappointed that you were not satisfied with the firm. As we discussed, the deductions were not for Judges. When an insurance company or medicare pays for medical treatment related to a personal injury, they are legally entitled to be reimbursed from any settlement proceeds. I tried my best to explain this but give me a call and we can further discuss. You were receiving monthly updates from the firm and we show you have received your settlement proceeds. Hernia Mesh

I am very happy with McDonald Worley. Ms. West always returns my calls or emails. My case has not settled yet, but because of the monthly updates and the conversations with Ms. West I am very confident of the outcome. I would recommend this firm to friends and family. Barbara

They are representing my father for a hernia mesh case

I am now the one who is to be informed about my fathers case as he unfortunately passed away suddenly this year. I was told I would get monthly updates, I have not received any yet. I was also informed that it could take 5 years to see a settlement ( my father was not informed of this in 2020 when he... signed with your firm) I realize that these things take time, with that said I do think I should get a full update on where we stand now with his case. I would greatly appreciate an actual attorney reaching out and briefing me on where we stand, the manufacturer you are going after, is this a class action ect ect. Thank you
