I filed a bard hernia mesh lawsuit several years and am still waiting for some type of settlement . I understand that these cases take years to settle . my only dissatisfaction is that they really don’t tell me anything that’s going on with the case such as hearings and court orders that have been f...iled recently? I have to get all my information from other attorneys web sight that have regular updates .

Been told for over a year now how much my settlement is, I had to sign for that amount and have the paperwork in by a certain time and I thought that was all that had to be done? Why is a third party holding up the settlement and how was a settlement offered without the third party approval? I have n...ever been through a case like this but the amount that was offered is becoming worth less and less and for all we know it's sitting in someone's bank account by now!! Like someone said what happened to the monthly report? Seems like we are being scammed.

I started this IVC filter case in 2016 almost a year and a half ago. I was told that the settlement was decided upon. I’ve also been told by another attorney that An attorney cannot take more than 33.3% of my settlement yet I was told that attorney Worley is going to be taking 40% of my settlement. I... am the one that got the ticking time bomb in my chest. I have literally called for a year now and I have not talked to any of my attorneys or paralegals just the people that answer the phone, I am waiting for my settlement I had an attorney tell me that they called ns let a message and they did not!! I am losing all hope in this law firm! I have waited almost 2 years to have a much needed surgery and I can’t have that surgery because I need to be able to provide for my family. I will be shocked if somebody actually replies to this message.

Like many of you, I have been waiting for some reasonable update other than “waiting on the 3rd party… we thought it would have been done by now,…etc” My issue is that there are NO monthly updates. People have signed for their settlement and all communication stopped!! You are left calling instead of... receiving an update. Honestly, it feels like they got you to sign & now ghost you. Before a settlement was offered you were well informed..after the settlement was offered you are left to constantly calling (which in some strange way you feel like you harassing them). I definitely have serious issues with this law firm, not only for the way they are treating myself & others but for sending documentation with the wrong phone number! (To which the gentleman that answered told me he was ABSOLUTELY FIRE BREATHING MAD that their clients were calling- he admitted to getting hundreds of calls so he started telling people anything!) I relayed this information to the staff & provided documentation of the wrong phone number & what the owner of that phone number was telling their clients. Still no email went out anyone explaining what occurred. All I received was a thank you for letting us know & we will correct it. They made the correction but still fail to update their clients. My honest opinion is they care more about signing up clients & their image than actually helping their clients. Ask yourself, how much effort does it really take to send an email just to let clients know their are still WORKING on your case? The estimates they give seem made up, you call this month & they say “we hope next month or two, but call back”. At this point I regret going with this law firm. And its not about how long its taking its about the CUSTOMER SERVICE you are providing or the lack of. I would NEVER recommend this law firm!
