Like many of you, I have been waiting for some reasonable update other than “waiting on the 3rd party… we thought it would have been done by now,…etc” My issue is that there are NO monthly updates. People have signed for their settlement and all communication stopped!! You are left calling instead of... receiving an update. Honestly, it feels like they got you to sign & now ghost you. Before a settlement was offered you were well informed..after the settlement was offered you are left to constantly calling (which in some strange way you feel like you harassing them). I definitely have serious issues with this law firm, not only for the way they are treating myself & others but for sending documentation with the wrong phone number! (To which the gentleman that answered told me he was ABSOLUTELY FIRE BREATHING MAD that their clients were calling- he admitted to getting hundreds of calls so he started telling people anything!) I relayed this information to the staff & provided documentation of the wrong phone number & what the owner of that phone number was telling their clients. Still no email went out anyone explaining what occurred. All I received was a thank you for letting us know & we will correct it. They made the correction but still fail to update their clients. My honest opinion is they care more about signing up clients & their image than actually helping their clients. Ask yourself, how much effort does it really take to send an email just to let clients know their are still WORKING on your case? The estimates they give seem made up, you call this month & they say “we hope next month or two, but call back”. At this point I regret going with this law firm. And its not about how long its taking its about the CUSTOMER SERVICE you are providing or the lack of. I would NEVER recommend this law firm!

I have been a case with these people for awhile. The first person a dealt with was very nice and let me know what was going on. Some people I have to give some of this money to done know what they are getting and the person I have been talking to will not call me back when I call, will not email me b...ack. In December she told me was settled and should hear something by beginning of January but the other day when I was asking questions and matter of fact it took me 25 calls and messages to get her to answer me. She told me 3 weeks ago my closing statement was on lawyer desk but still not signed. About a week ago she said she would have the lawyer call me and still haven't heard from no one. They took a fourth of my money for judges supposedly but of course I can't get no one to tell me anything.

Good Day, I’ve reached out to you on 08/30/2022 & 09/12/2022 in regard to the medical liens. I haven’t heard or gotten a response from anyone at your law firm. I have requested documentation stating the amounts of monies, if any to be paid to medicaid or whomever for liens. I was told the settlemen...t amount was over 42,000 but only received 10,000. You all withheld $5,861.92 from my settlement and told me it was being held for that reason until the lien’s resolution department finalized things. I haven’t heard from anyone since the end of July. I’ve contacted Medicaid, and to their knowledge, there’s no monies owed to them. I’m aware that if they paid for any procedures or anything they are entitled to be reimbursed. I would truly appreciate a response back with an update! I will be reaching out to the Attorney General of Texas for some help soon as well. Thank you for all you’ve done.
