Starters this case 2016

I started this IVC filter case in 2016 almost a year and a half ago. I was told that the settlement was decided upon. I’ve also been told by another attorney that An attorney cannot take more than 33.3% of my settlement yet I was told that attorney Worley is going to be taking 40% of my settlement. I... am the one that got the ticking time bomb in my chest. I have literally called for a year now and I have not talked to any of my attorneys or paralegals just the people that answer the phone, I am waiting for my settlement I had an attorney tell me that they called ns let a message and they did not!! I am losing all hope in this law firm! I have waited almost 2 years to have a much needed surgery and I can’t have that surgery because I need to be able to provide for my family. I will be shocked if somebody actually replies to this message.

3m ear plugs

Been years now on my case, was told would receive a settlement in March, contacted them and they would be contacting me soon for pay out, it is June and they won’t even reply to emails anymore, starting to feel I have been scammed

Hernia mesh

On the hernia mesh I called and I talked to a lady and she said she would call me back in a couple days and it's been oh at least a week and they said I would not be getting the money for out of my hernia mesh because I wasn't qualified or they say something else was going on with it and I don't know... what they're talking about She was supposed to check into it so they lie about everything I wish I could give him no stars because that's what that's worth.

3m Baer Heating Blankets

Have been trying to speak to anyone at your offices…. All of them! Was told 6 months ago that there had been approximately 30 cases chosen to be tried in court out of a total of 6k cases around the U. S.. There have been no updates what so ever. I have been maintaining rigid Flexability now for appr...oximately 4 years! Been over 5 yrs since I hired yours firm and nothing keep telling it no time frame why u keep pushing cases back went I call I get a different story on my case.

I know it is frustrating that these mass tort cases take so long. The pharmaceutical companies want to drat it our as long as possible and neither you or I get any funds until it settles. Just know that we are working every day on this. This is the only story on your case and there is not another one. I wish I had a settlement offer for you today but I don't. But hopefully in 2024. Have a happy holiday!
