I have had a case with you for over 5 years .I try to call to get update or email can't get anyone to reply back.i was told in a few months would have a update on my case In Ohio .I wish I could at least know what kind of dollar amount after 5 years .should know a ball park figure I understand it may... be not 100 percent right but would be nice to know at least a amount .

I realise that my case is a bit different from the others here but this firm does a lot more than mass torts. I contacted them to help me resolve some financial issues after being sued by several parties. I contacted this office after being strung along and then dumped by other firms in my home state of Arizona. According to the latest update for my case, it has been filed in the court, so now it’s just a matter of time. But through this whole process this firm has been great. When I contact them they... know exactly who I am and what its in reference to. They are always very sweet, helpful, and very polite. I am especially impressed that Mr Worley takes the time to check in and lets me know where we are in this process. Granted it’s a general video link that is aimed at all of his clients in a particular group, but thats fine with me, none of the other lawyers I had previously, ever even bothered to know my name let alone contact me, ever! Oh, thats wrong, they sent a letter stating they could not take my case after stringing me along for months! All the while I’m laid up in bed unable to do anything! I would recommend McDonald Worley to everyone and anyone who might ask.
