Essure claim started in 2020 and to this day I have no updates on my file. No emails, no phone calls and when I call the office .... it's the same generic answer. We are waiting or working on it. I feel like I've also been scammed. Had to endure should pain with the procedue, with surgery and now... this.... NOTHING!

Been told for over a year now how much my settlement is, I had to sign for that amount and have the paperwork in by a certain time and I thought that was all that had to be done? Why is a third party holding up the settlement and how was a settlement offered without the third party approval? I have n...ever been through a case like this but the amount that was offered is becoming worth less and less and for all we know it's sitting in someone's bank account by now!! Like someone said what happened to the monthly report? Seems like we are being scammed.

On the hernia mesh I called and I talked to a lady and she said she would call me back in a couple days and it's been oh at least a week and they said I would not be getting the money for out of my hernia mesh because I wasn't qualified or they say something else was going on with it and I don't know... what they're talking about She was supposed to check into it so they lie about everything I wish I could give him no stars because that's what that's worth.
