This law firm Sends You the same email for 4 yrs.I even got a video recording of Mr.Don Worley and in the recording it was dated Sept 2023, I Just got it in July of this year.I called this lawfirm to check on my Mothers lawsuit since it has been 4 years and this Hernia Mesh also killed my Moma after ...5 excruciating Surgeries.A Man had the odasity to tell me I Need to Put this lawsuit Settlement in the Back of my Mind.I was Appauled and just could nt hardly believe the email he sent me.Has Anyone Ever recieved Compensation for their Injuries with this Law Firm? Please if you have Please List your name or please tell the Rest of Us about your experience with this law firm.I have kept Every email between is since 2019 and I am at the Point asking is it Possible to Sue a Lawyer For Misrepresentation?!!It is absurd and Uncalled for, For any lawyer to tell A Client after 4 yrs that we knew it could take 4 to 7 yrs.No You did not tell us that when you were having us send you Every Document Known to Mankind.This Hernia Mesh Killed my Mother, Killed her.It inured her for many yrs with Infections and the Mess migrating thru out My Mothers Colon to where she ended up having 5 Hernia Repair Surgeries And You have a Man there emailing your Clients that we need to put this lawsuit in the Back of our mind.!!How dare you tell Me YOUR CLIENT SUCH A STATEMENT...So if I can Pursue legal Proceedings against you I will and I m bringing several of your Clients with me too.Misrepresentaion is Exactly What this Lawfirm is doing to 99 Percent of us.I have talked to several of your Clients and Everyone has the Same Story as to how we have been treated.Mr.Worley Do You Just not care what the people that are answering the telephones are saying to your Clients? Essure claim started in 2020 and to this day I have no updates on my file. No emails, no phone calls and when I call the office .... it's the same generic answer. We are waiting or working on it. I feel like I've also been scammed. Had to endure should pain with the procedue, with surgery and now... this.... NOTHING!

I filed a bard hernia mesh lawsuit several years and am still waiting for some type of settlement . I understand that these cases take years to settle . my only dissatisfaction is that they really don’t tell me anything that’s going on with the case such as hearings and court orders that have been f...iled recently? I have to get all my information from other attorneys web sight that have regular updates .

I started this IVC filter case in 2016 almost a year and a half ago. I was told that the settlement was decided upon. I’ve also been told by another attorney that An attorney cannot take more than 33.3% of my settlement yet I was told that attorney Worley is going to be taking 40% of my settlement. I... am the one that got the ticking time bomb in my chest. I have literally called for a year now and I have not talked to any of my attorneys or paralegals just the people that answer the phone, I am waiting for my settlement I had an attorney tell me that they called ns let a message and they did not!! I am losing all hope in this law firm! I have waited almost 2 years to have a much needed surgery and I can’t have that surgery because I need to be able to provide for my family. I will be shocked if somebody actually replies to this message.

On the hernia mesh I called and I talked to a lady and she said she would call me back in a couple days and it's been oh at least a week and they said I would not be getting the money for out of my hernia mesh because I wasn't qualified or they say something else was going on with it and I don't know... what they're talking about She was supposed to check into it so they lie about everything I wish I could give him no stars because that's what that's worth.
