I wouldn't have space to retell the whole story of my VISA process, but to give you some specifics, after hiring another attorney, paying him upfront (he didn't move a finger until he got his paycheck), with a scope he gave us of 2-3 moths to get my VISA (in January), he delayed us over and over, kep...t asking for more and more information until a point where he was asking again for stuff he already had... pushing us back and back in time, with no hope in filing for my VISA ever.
