Daniele Volfe

Daniele Volfe graduated from Southern Methodist University and holds Master’s Degree in International and Comparative Law (LL.M) as well as a Law degree from Universidade Estadual de Maringá in Brazil.

 Daniele is licensed to practice law in the Unites Stated and in Brazil. In the United States she is admitted to practice in New York and in Federal Courts.  In Brazil, she is admitted to practice in all courts and jurisdictions and has worked along with the State Prosecutor on civil cases involving State matters, drafting Motions and Briefs for State trial courts.

 Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish and being an immigrant herself, she is a passionate immigration law advocate.  In the United States, Daniele has worked exclusively on matters related to Immigration and Nationality Law representing clients in Immigration Court as well as representing clients in family-based and employment-based immigration cases. 

 Mrs. Volfe’s professional associations include: American Immigration Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and New York State Bar Association of Young Lawyers. Daniele has been a constant volunteer at Justice for Our Neighbors since 2008 and she is also a member of their Board of Directors.
