I found Melody on Avvo and decided to make an appointment after looking at her reviews. We met at her office to discuss my case. Right off the bat she proved to be very knowledgeable and on top of her game by explaining in detail all the steps of my process and estimating how long every step might ta...ke. I was very impressed and hired her without even seeing any other attorneys and I don't regret it for a second. She was there to guide me every step of the process, which went through exactly the way she told me it would, and I got my green card approved without any issues or delays along the way. Don't waste time looking for another attorney. I'm grateful I came across Melody and her amazing legal team.

Mrs. Poole took the time to address all my concerns with great knowledge and compassion. She's extremely reassuring and gets to the bottom of things. Melody was not our attorney. We had some questions that our attorney was not answering where he was giving us the run around “nothing we can do” or “this is the way it is with USCIS”. We went to Melody for help and she took our questions and used all tools available to her (other clients, colleagu...es, community, forum, etc.) and found the answers to our questions. To us, that was priceless. The other qualities we found in Melody were: 1) she listens 2) Ethical and 3) She is laser focus on her clients. Unfortunately, our attorney was laser focus on how fast he can deposit our checks and unwilling to call USCIS in our behalf. I truly wish we used Melody at the beginning of our arduous journey.
