I have been practice law for over 35 years. For 30 of those years I have been practicing exclusively Bankruptcy Law. I am Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Law.
Personally I have been married to my wife Kathy for over 30 years. I have two sons. Mike, who works with me as a debt relief lawyer and my other son Ryan who works for the Department of Justice. I also have four grandsons who keep me plenty busy.

Simple.
I thought this was going to be the hardest thing in the world for me to do but Mr. Weston and his assistants made it easy. I'm glad I choose them to help me through this.

Stress free!
Mr. Weston's team helped me with a Chapter 7 petition. He offered competitive rates and the service was fantastic. After my final discharge from the court there was one creditor I found that was overlooked, not bad considering I had 20 or 30! I notified Mr. Weston's office and they took care of it...

Saved My Sanity
Mr. Weston and his staff were an absolute Godsend for me.
