I have been practice law for over 35 years. For 30 of those years I have been practicing exclusively Bankruptcy Law. I am Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Law.
Personally I have been married to my wife Kathy for over 30 years. I have two sons. Mike, who works with me as a debt relief lawyer and my other son Ryan who works for the Department of Justice. I also have four grandsons who keep me plenty busy.

Eliana was great anytime I needed anything she was there I liked how everything was done by phone and email my schedule is hard to meet someone in person.
