I have been practice law for over 35 years. For 30 of those years I have been practicing exclusively Bankruptcy Law. I am Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Law.
Personally I have been married to my wife Kathy for over 30 years. I have two sons. Mike, who works with me as a debt relief lawyer and my other son Ryan who works for the Department of Justice. I also have four grandsons who keep me plenty busy.

The best to work with
He helped through bad times and did a great job. Anyone would do well having Mr. Weston to guide you through hard times. He did everything for us and was always there to answer any questions. I hope we will not need him again but it feels great knowing he would be there.
