Mr. Weston and his team were always polite and professional. My initial consultation was thorough and I didn't feel rushed. Mr. Weston took the time to address all of my concerns. His staff, Kate and Melissa, were always extremely helpful and responsive. This was a difficult decision for me to make..., but the process was very easy because of Mr. Weston and his great team.

Weston Legal is the real deal! Perfect 10 all the way! Here's my story: I received a flyer in the mail from Weston Legal stating that I had 2 possible judgments again me if I didn't respond by a certain date.. I was skeptical at first but because I had an actual , previous judgment against years ago..., I decided to do some research because I didn't want go down that road again. Okay so I called the number on the flyer and spoke with a representative from Weston Legal asking about these 2 judgments which then I was given the precinct name and court case numbers of each.. I called that actual precinct to verify this information and yes it was true....I had 2 judgment lawsuits dates...That's when I called Weston Legal back and asked about filing bankruptcy. I was then transferred to an attorney named Dan Christopher at the time. So I spoke with Dan, told him my situation, along with the horrible credit we(husband &I ) had, our financial stance and asked for his advice. He was so professional and courteous...I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them. So we decided filing bankruptcy would be the best solution not only to stop those 2 lawsuits but just for our overall horrible credit as a whole. Let me tell you, what really makes Weston Legal standout is THE AFFORDABLE PAYMENT PLAN! ! Oh my goodness, the 8 month plan made this possible for us.. We wanted to file bankruptcy years ago but could never afford the upfront attorney fee that most attorneys want right then and there.. I'm so grateful for this.. Making the first payment stop those 2 judgment lawsuits for a while until we were able to actually file the bankruptcy to get our case number. Once we completed the payment plan, it was time to actually file. By this time Dan was no longer with Weston and our case was handled by Kate Ramirez and Melissa Cruz. These 2 ladies were awesome throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions during the whole process and they each took the time to answer each one.. No question was left unanswered period..They each walked us through each step of the process ensuring we understood the whole legality of it all..Now by actually filing, those 2 judgment lawsuits against me, were completely dismissed.. The day before our "Meeting of Creditors" date, Pete Weston himself called me to go over what to expect,the kind of questions, etc. We were represented by Don Hood, who was a representative of Western Legal. He was just as professional and courteous as the rest of the Weston Legal Staff. He also prepped us for the creditor meeting while we waited to be called to go before the trustee.. The meeting went well. Now at this point, all there was to do was just wait for our discharge. Kate and Melissa emailed us our discharge notice on August 11th and we couldn't be any happier! This was possible all becauseof a flyer I received in the mail that I acted upon...Wow!! Believe me, I did hours and hours of research before calling Weston Legal.. I had read and heard of too many families getting scammed by so called bankruptcy attorneys taking their money and not actually filing bankruptcy for them.. Weston Legal IS THE REAL DEAL!. The awesome part is that I live in another city and we did everything by email, phone , and mail.. I'm sure many people wouldn't trust that type of communication but let me be the first to vouch for Weston that they are legit and superb in every way. I too was skeptical but I just couldn't afford to have any more judgments against me and as horrible as our credit was(including repossessions), that was probably just the beginning of what was to come...By filing bankruptcy with Weston, we now have a fresh start and can hopefully get back on track with our finances.. Mr. Weston and his staff since day one were very verse on all cases of Bankruptcy and took the time to explain it all before they even collected there fee. Once hired they were on top of all matters and when my wife & I got confused in this detailed process they took time to explain it all and made ...us feel comfortable. They answered almost immediately when I sent questions on email or by phone.
