I have been practice law for over 35 years. For 30 of those years I have been practicing exclusively Bankruptcy Law. I am Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Law.
Personally I have been married to my wife Kathy for over 30 years. I have two sons. Mike, who works with me as a debt relief lawyer and my other son Ryan who works for the Department of Justice. I also have four grandsons who keep me plenty busy.

Great experience!
Mr. Weston, along with Kate and Melissa were fantastic! They were extremely thorough and patient, as it took months for the conditions to be right for me to file. They walked me through everything, making it much less painful than I expected. It was a great hire. Just the best to work with.
