Nicholas Robin Westbrook

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Mr. Westbrook. He and his staff (Jessica) were always very helpful in answering any and all questions and or concerns that we had. Our case had different issues than the normal bankruptcy would have. He spent a lot of time researching the law pertaining... to our circumstance to make sure that things went smoothly. On the day of our hearing we were in and out in a matter of maybe 30 minutes with no complications at all! He is a very knowledgeable attorney in this area of the law. Mr. Westbrook met with me for our initial session and answered ALL the questions I had and didn't even blink an eye. I'm sure he answers the same questions over and over again for different clients, but it meant a lot that he took the time to make sure I understood everything before leaving his offi...ce. If I ever had a question, Mr. Westbrook was very good about getting back with me quickly. I felt like I had all the information I needed and always knew what the next step in the process was. My bankruptcy was discharged in October 2012 and the process of getting to that point was made a million times easier thanks to Mr. Westbrook and his staff. I talked with couple of attorneys before finally making a decision and each one was handing my case off to an assistant. I had a lot of questions and frankly was not confident in this hand off. Nick was the only one willing to answer all my questions and literally held my hand through every process....
