Nicholas Robin Westbrook

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Mr. Westbrook. He and his staff (Jessica) were always very helpful in answering any and all questions and or concerns that we had. Our case had different issues than the normal bankruptcy would have. He spent a lot of time researching the law pertaining... to our circumstance to make sure that things went smoothly. On the day of our hearing we were in and out in a matter of maybe 30 minutes with no complications at all! He is a very knowledgeable attorney in this area of the law. Mr. Westbrook met with me for our initial session and answered ALL the questions I had and didn't even blink an eye. He listened to my issues and concerns, filed successful motions on my behalf when thought I had to accept the Trustee’s initial decisions, and when all was said and done was able to fashion a plan that was economically acceptable to me and the court. Filing for bankruptcy is never an easy decision but Nicholas made it a very easy process.
