Upon hiring Neal Davis I had fired 2 lawyers and was weary and exhausting my resources. My charge was one of the most serious charges a person can face in Texas and was facing 25-life in prison without the possibility of parole. Scary stuff and let me tell you it wasn’t easy living with that over my shoulder. I met with Neal and immediately sensed a sense of calm and upmost professionalism. He was able to beat every trick the prosecution threw at us. He was able to connect with the jury by being personal and down to earth while all the while presenting the facts. Before we had the verdict I pulled Neal to the side and said that “No matter what happens know that I know you did your very best and all you could do for me, thank you.” Moments later the jury came out with a Not guilty verdict and I was set free. I owe this man my LIFE and forever be indebted to him. Neal Davis is the Pinnacle of what a lawyer should be.
