I'm Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and my practice has been 100% personal injury for 12 years. I've been voted a Top Personal Injury Lawyer from 2013-2017 by Houstonia Magazine, and named to Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2015 and Texas Super Lawyers in 2017 and 2018. I graduated magna cum laude from University of Houston Law Center in 2005 and was ranked 20th in a class of 387 law students. I started my career at Fulbright & Jaworski, one of Texas' premiere law firms. I don't over promise and I don't give potential clients a sales pitch so they'll hire me. Instead I offer free consultations that are not rushed and that give folks a chance to ask questions.
I represent people in the Houston area and throughout Texas. I protect the rights of clients injured in truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, fall injuries, work injuries, pedestrian accidents, plant explosions, drunk driving accidents, injuries caused by dangerous products, dog bites and animal attacks, wrongful death claims and more.
I work strictly on a contingent fee basis, which means no attorney's fee unless the client gets a recovery.

An insurance company representative arrived at the scene before the police did and asked my client to give a statement and sign a document stating she wasn't injured.
