We had a client who owed us a good amount of money, would not return phone calls, emails or text. We contacted Ms. Eckert to file a lien against the client. After a letter was sent the client paid. I HIGHLY recommend this young lady. I pray we are never in this situation again but if we are she will be the first person we call.

Ms. Eckert was retained by our company after our client refused payment on the balance of materials ordered months earlier that were all on our 30-day accounts and no longer wanted to proceed with the project. Down payment had been received and paid to vendors to order material, and the client wanted to terminate the project when materials were scheduled to be delivered and the balance due in full. Unfortunately, we were operating without a contract and had trusted that all parties would honor their word. This was complicated issue involving a lesser- lessee build to suit situation, in which that relationship had dissolved and we found ourselves caught in the middle. Immediately after consultation and decision to hire, Ms. Eckert jumped in with both feet, demonstrating expertise regarding construction law as well as remarkable skill in navigating a very delicate situation where emotions ran high and the parties involved were no longer operating professionally. After helping us negotiate with our vendors to buy us time on balance due, she filed all necessary paperwork to protect our interests in a worst-case scenario situation. She then proceeded to negotiate with all parties to result in a best possible outcome for all involved while keeping our interests a top priority. She was able to execute an agreement that allowed all our outstanding balances to be paid in full without our accounts ever hitting 60 days past due. Our relationship with our vendors remained in good standing, and we were able to help the other parties resolve their interests with us in a way that was mutually beneficial for both of us. Her handling of all the communication with the other parties freed us up to continue the normal operations of our company. She was outstanding to work with in every way, and we will definitely hire her again if the need arises.
