Andrew Bayley is the lead attorney and founder of the Bayley Law Firm. He primarily practices in Commercial Litigation, Construction litigation, and Family law. Before Andrew became a lawyer, he worked for his father at their family run appliance store in Alton, Illinois. There, Andrew learned the value of hard work, friendly customer service, and the ins and outs of small business management. Andrew’s father knew that their store could never sell appliances as cheaply as a huge chain store could, so his solution was to provide each customer with the personal attention a major enterprise could never supply.

“Customer service isn’t just about making sure your clients are happy,” says Andrew. “It’s about building long and lasting relationships in which you customers are more than just a source of income; they’re your friends! You know them by name. You ask how their kids are doing. You know where they work and what their hobbies are. That small town small business attitude toward customer service is a philosophy that carries over strongly into my law practice. I strive to be the kind of advocate that people don’t just depend upon, but come back to in the future, and recommend to their friends.”

Andrew graduated from Western Illinois University (WIU) with a Bachelors in Political Science. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctrate from South Texas College of Law (STCL) in Houston. While attending STCL, Andrew spent his weekends tutoring students in Evidence Law and Federal Income Tax Law.

Today, Andrew lives in the Medical Center area of Houston and has offices at the corner of 59 and Kirby. In his free time, Andrew enjoys following Cardinals Baseball, UT Football, reading, and politics.

Great attorney and team
Worked with Andrew going through a contentious divorce, and he remained calm and strategic throughout. I can't thank him and his legal team enough for keeping clear heads when things started getting heated.

wonderful attorney
I personally cannot say enough about how impressed and beyond grateful I am, as well as my family, to Mr. Bayley. He has proven himself time and time again to be both honest and dedicated as an attorney and as a genuinely good person. As a client I feel completely comfortable and assured that he has ...

Trustworthy and Honest Lawyer
I hired and retained Mr. Bayley in late July 2016. I was in a middle of a very bad divorce, and I was being represented by very unproductive lawyer with a firm, when I found Andrew Bayley. I knew I needed to change lawyer because after 2 months and almost 15k, not even halfway through the divorce, m...

Trust what he says...he is only looking out for you
Andrew represented me in a divorce case. Andrew is very competent and knows the law. He doesn't try to sell you extras you do not need. I personally should have trusted him more but I was wanting to get out of my marriage quick so I took a deal that maybe was worse for me in the end, however money...

Peace of Mind
First off, I started my case off going pro se, but then I realized that I couldn't handle the pressure coupled with the emotions involved of potentially losing my daughter to an out of state move; therefore I needed an attorney. I called Andy and from the first conversation he told me exactly what I ...
