Trustworthy and Honest Lawyer

I hired and retained Mr. Bayley in late July 2016. I was in a middle of a very bad divorce, and I was being represented by very unproductive lawyer with a firm, when I found Andrew Bayley. I knew I needed to change lawyer because after 2 months and almost 15k, not even halfway through the divorce, m...y first attorney was all about money. After speaking with Andrew over the phone, I knew I wanted him to help me. His words were rooted in me and I trusted him instantly. He advised me in our initial meeting he would work with me on payment because we both knew my divorce was very ugly, and it could potentially get uglier, needless to say, become more costly. My house had a child support lien from Atty. Gen Texas that my ex husband filed against my homestead for a child out of state; he was going after the little retirement and stocks I had; he was trying to get me for alimony; he took some properties off my name destroyed my home and he tried to commit insurance fraud. It was a big ball of mess. He began to work on my case, and as my case progressed, the work we did together, and how he took the time to listen, it all worked out in the best way possible at the end. When I say he listened, I mean he listened! The trust between attorney and client has to exist without a doubt. Our ideas and how we collaborated on how matters proceeded was essential to the success of my case, so It was important to me that he took my judgments and decisions on certain matters into consideration. I trusted his judgments when he consulted with me about how we were going to proceed with certain matters beyond my comprehensions. There was no doubt there. He told me just like it is and he did not sugar coat anything NEITHER did he nickel and dime my case, just like how the other firm did! December 6, I was in a trial, and I never imagined that my divorce was going to be granted. I am now divorced and have sole custody of my 12 year old daughter. The clean up and starting over is hard, but I could not have done it alone, and Andrew made it possible for me and my daughter. He is a great attorney and I wish nothing but the best for him and his firm. I pray there be more people like me he will and can help along the way. God will bless him because of his clean heart and good intent to help those in need.

Trust what he says...he is only looking out for you

Andrew represented me in a divorce case. Andrew is very competent and knows the law. He doesn't try to sell you extras you do not need. I personally should have trusted him more but I was wanting to get out of my marriage quick so I took a deal that maybe was worse for me in the end, however money... wasn't my objective. I wanted my son, and there is not enough money in the world that can replace a child. I agreed to 50/50 custody even though Andrew said he could get me primary with support. At the time, it wasn't my concern as I have my son most of the time. I plan on using Andrew again for the modification when the time comes in about a year.

Peace of Mind

First off, I started my case off going pro se, but then I realized that I couldn't handle the pressure coupled with the emotions involved of potentially losing my daughter to an out of state move; therefore I needed an attorney. I called Andy and from the first conversation he told me exactly what I ...felt without me having to express it to him. He was confident in my position and his ability to execute for our desired outcome. I felt easy and I was ready to go to trial. It felt like he had a concern for my situation and that he wanted what was right and just. This was my first actual hearing after 5 years of being on child support and going through mediations, so I didn't know what to expect in the actual court room. I was really satisfied with his knowledge of objections and his ability to cross examine. These are very important inside the courtroom. I did not feel like I had to just sit there, but it was a sense of team work and he heard me out, as well as I listened to him. When we left the courtroom I had to give Andy a pat on the back and told him, "You did a great job!" All in all we won the case with his help and God's favor I was able to have my peace of mind back. My daughter will not get to move and I am happy I picked Andy to represent me. If you are searching for representation, I advise you to give Andy a call.

Extremely well-versed attorney willing to go to bat for you

Mr. Bayley is an extremely knowledgeable attorney able to bridge his education with experience to provide, hands down, the best legal services available. I have been a client of Mr. Bayley's for approximately 3 years. Services rendered include multiple business litigations, as well as counsel on chil...d custody and child support matters. Mr. Bayley not only consults with you directly one on one, he is very compassionate towards one's hardships. Throughout my entire time working with Mr. Bayley, he is always available to discuss questions I have and is very punctual with regard to keeping me informed with new developments. Every attorney I have worked with previously would require multiple messages left with his or her secretary and a minimum of several days, sometimes a few weeks, before I would hear back from them. In addition, the majority of the time I would communicate with a paralegal who would breach communication or mismanage information, that at times, would lead to issues that were too late to correct. Not with Mr. Bayley. He personally handles all of my questions and goes above and beyond what I feel any other attorney would do. Mr. Bayley not only works diligently on your case to bring about a positive result, he does so in an extremely timely manor. Whereas other attorneys I have dealt with, drag things out to produce more billable hours, thus costing me substantial amounts of money. I truly believe Mr. Bayley's ability to combine his experience with intellect has saved me thousands of dollars! And, produced a resolve that seemed bleak at times among very difficult circumstances. Mr. Bayley handled an issue for me in which an investor and business partner knowingly manipulated contracts and were working in an attempt to compromise my ability to make a living. Furthermore, at the time I was financially in a bind, whereas my former business partner was in a much more favorable monetary position to tie things up in court. Mr. Bayley did not stand for this, took the case head on, and ultimately was resilient and persistent to the point I never would have dreamed he could produce the outcome that resulted. Furthermore, I found myself in a difficult situation during a divorce. I had a number of questions about my rights with regards to seeing my son and financially compensating my ex-wife. Mr. Bayley not only addressed the issues I faced with the most appropriate approach, he made sure to protect my business and assets while looking out for my son's best interest during one of the most trying times in my life. I could not recommend a better attorney. I am confident that Mr. Bayley is one of the few individuals still willing to go the extra mile for clients simply because he does not settle for anything short of excellence.

STAY AWAY!!!

I began looking for an attorney after my ex hired an aggressive attorney who was demanding all kinds of unreasonable things from me, and doing everything possible to screw me over. He seemed honest and compassionate, so I hired Andrew. In the 2 months or so that I worked with him, he did NOTHING. He ...claims to have reviewed the evidence I sent him, but if he actually did, it was at the last minute. He encouraged me to cave and accept ANYTHING they were willing to give me. The one thing I specifically asked him to do, the one thing which could have turned the tide of my case HE DID NOT DO. My feeling is that he was unprepared and did not know the proper procedures to accomplish what I asked him to do. I had already paid Andrew a substantial amount of money and didn't feel like I was any better off for it, so I fired him. He sent me an invoice saying that I owed him several hundred dollars. I disputed this, considering he hadn't done ANYTHING for my case, and he agreed to let me off. Now I find out he is still my "attorney of record", which apparently means I can't do anything without him. Now the AG is going to withhold over half of my income, and the court I'm in wont even let me set a hearing. Thanks Andy! That was $1500 well spent!
