Trustworthy and Honest Lawyer

I hired and retained Mr. Bayley in late July 2016. I was in a middle of a very bad divorce, and I was being represented by very unproductive lawyer with a firm, when I found Andrew Bayley. I knew I needed to change lawyer because after 2 months and almost 15k, not even halfway through the divorce, m...y first attorney was all about money. After speaking with Andrew over the phone, I knew I wanted him to help me. His words were rooted in me and I trusted him instantly. He advised me in our initial meeting he would work with me on payment because we both knew my divorce was very ugly, and it could potentially get uglier, needless to say, become more costly. My house had a child support lien from Atty. Gen Texas that my ex husband filed against my homestead for a child out of state; he was going after the little retirement and stocks I had; he was trying to get me for alimony; he took some properties off my name destroyed my home and he tried to commit insurance fraud. It was a big ball of mess. He began to work on my case, and as my case progressed, the work we did together, and how he took the time to listen, it all worked out in the best way possible at the end. When I say he listened, I mean he listened! The trust between attorney and client has to exist without a doubt. Our ideas and how we collaborated on how matters proceeded was essential to the success of my case, so It was important to me that he took my judgments and decisions on certain matters into consideration. I trusted his judgments when he consulted with me about how we were going to proceed with certain matters beyond my comprehensions. There was no doubt there. He told me just like it is and he did not sugar coat anything NEITHER did he nickel and dime my case, just like how the other firm did! December 6, I was in a trial, and I never imagined that my divorce was going to be granted. I am now divorced and have sole custody of my 12 year old daughter. The clean up and starting over is hard, but I could not have done it alone, and Andrew made it possible for me and my daughter. He is a great attorney and I wish nothing but the best for him and his firm. I pray there be more people like me he will and can help along the way. God will bless him because of his clean heart and good intent to help those in need.

Peace of Mind

First off, I started my case off going pro se, but then I realized that I couldn't handle the pressure coupled with the emotions involved of potentially losing my daughter to an out of state move; therefore I needed an attorney. I called Andy and from the first conversation he told me exactly what I ...felt without me having to express it to him. He was confident in my position and his ability to execute for our desired outcome. I felt easy and I was ready to go to trial. It felt like he had a concern for my situation and that he wanted what was right and just. This was my first actual hearing after 5 years of being on child support and going through mediations, so I didn't know what to expect in the actual court room. I was really satisfied with his knowledge of objections and his ability to cross examine. These are very important inside the courtroom. I did not feel like I had to just sit there, but it was a sense of team work and he heard me out, as well as I listened to him. When we left the courtroom I had to give Andy a pat on the back and told him, "You did a great job!" All in all we won the case with his help and God's favor I was able to have my peace of mind back. My daughter will not get to move and I am happy I picked Andy to represent me. If you are searching for representation, I advise you to give Andy a call.

Calm and Professional

Andy is a great attorney to have in your corner! I was going through a divorce and fighting for custody of my child. First off he is straight up with you on whether or not you have a chance of winning. I watched him get called everything in the book by the other attorney and never once did he lose hi...s composer, and he responded to her with respect no matter how she talked to him. Most important was his knowledge through the ups and downs during the case everything Andy said would happen did. And even over a year after everything ended Andy is there anytime I have a question. All in all he's a great attorney who knows his job and won't let you down.

Andrew is a uniquely skilled attorney

In my limited exposure to working with attorneys, I must admit that Mr Baylay’s service is by far the best. He recently represented me in a civil case where a greedy investor was trying to destroy me and my business. Mr Baylay was very skillfully in arguing my case. He was very knowledge about the... law and particulars of my defense. However, his abilities goes beyond just his knowledge of the law. He has a knack for pleading your case in a way thats easily understandable and yet passionate to the jury. In his cross examination of the plaintiff, he artfully exposed his greedy motives and attempts to mislead the jury. At the same time, Mr Baylay was very understanding of my situation and worked with me to keep his fees at a minimum. I was able to reach Mr Baylay at anytime to discuss my case. He was always responsive to my calls and emails. Overall, It was a pleasure to work with him and recommend him to anyone.

WOULD USE AGAIN

Ok so why did I decided to give AB such a high rating. My case involves a time consuming litigation against a for profit medical school based out of Mexico, operating in the US, they also have an office in San Antonio and in NY state. This school used deceptive trade practices to lure students int...o their program and collect their federal loan money. Before hiring AB, I consulted 3 attorneys in TX, all of which have great reviews and are considered SUPER LAWYERS (PS I’d love to find out how these lawyers are placed in these magazines). Below are the lawyers, both Julie Johnson and Kustoff/Phipps told me I could not litigate this school in TX because the school made its students sign a document that any legal dispute would be litigated in Mexico, BOTH ATTORNEYS WERE INCORRECT, Andrew got it correct, and the school was forced to defend in San Antonio and not Mexico were I have no rights!!! Ironically, both lawyers were so called experts on consumer fraud and for profit schools, HUMM could have fooled me. Tucker was ok, but he insisted I litigate in NY state instead of TX which may not have been possible. Not only were these lawyers incorrect, but they hide themselves behind paralegals and office workers who do not have the clients interest at heart, with AB he is the only individual who answers the phone. Another plus to using AB is his willingness to travel to different cities. Law Office of Julie Johnson firm, Dallas TX Ryan J. Tucker DAVIS, CEDILLO & MENDOZA, INC. McCombs Plaza, Suite 500 755 E. Mulberry Avenue San Antonio, Texas 78212 Paralegal to Daniel O. Kustoff and Melanie H. Phipps 4103 Parkdale San Antonio, Texas 78229
