Ms. Wheeler represented me in a matter relating to sex discrimination and retaliation experienced at a former employer. Throughout the lengthy and often frustrating process (caused by the counter-party), Ms. Wheeler was exceptionally diligent in handling my case, and also was caring toward me as a pe...rson. We achieved success in what was a very difficult case. I would recommend highly Ms. Wheeler, who is very persuasive, strategic, and a great negotiator.

Ms. Wheeler handled an appeal to T.W.C. in which I was involved in a very humiliating and wrongful termination. I would recommend this woman to anyone who has been done a wrong to because she understands how you have been made to feel and she takes the time to get down to the crux of a complicated ...situation. She is very competent and gave me a true feeling that she was interested in my plight, and I was impressed by her work. She is a thorough and compassionate Attorney and I felt in the best of hands. As mentioned by another user this lawyer operates in a "bait and switch" kind of way. Her office seeks to gather all of your personal information and then they tell you that it will cost you $250 for a consult. To be clear - they asked for $$$ not even knowing what the issue was that I needed assist...ance with. I don't have a problem to pay a consultation fee. I can afford it. But, at the very least I should be able to speak with a lawyer for 3 minutes to see if they are able to do what I'm willing to pay for. Lawyers want to gather facts about your case. Clients want to be assured that they are hiring the right lawyer to handle their needs. This lawyer and her staff should realize that some clients are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing to gather facts about your case and what you seek to gain. Not every client calls a lawyers office in dire straits. And, not all potential clients need a consultation. Sometimes we are simply looking to hire the right representation. When lawyers advertise to earn your business and then do a bait and switch asking for $$$ before even knowing what services your seek and require. THAT'S JUST JUST A LAWYER'S OFFICE LOOKING FOR MONEY. Every lawyer on the planet should allow at least 3 minutes to understand what the client is seeking before trying to extort them for $$$. DON'T WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAWYER. THEY'RE NOT LOOKING TO HELP YOU. THEY'RE LOOKING FOR A CONSULT FEE. Who knows what you'll get after that? I received a call back from the office. All my personal details were asked for. Then after she got my info the bait and switch happened. She asked for a consultation fee. I agreed to pay it. But, I asked her what happens if you can't handle the facts of my case or accomplish my objects? She had no answer because all she wanted to do was get money from me without ever asking what my case was about. Not all lawyers are this disgusting. But, this lawyers office was. There are plenty of lawyers that will give you 3 minutes to explain what it is you seek / need before trying to extort you for money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYERS OFFICE.
