A Great Attorney!!!

I hired Eric to represent me in a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. Eric listened to my concerns regarding my claims, and correctly advised on the course of actions. During the process Eric was always available to me and quickly responded to any of my request or concerns. He wrote... several correspondence in my behalf to my former company as it pertained to my concerns throughout the process getting them to agree to mediation. Eric's clam, confident, patient and respectful demeanor to all parties along with his immense experience prosecuting cases like mine was the factor in my former company's decision to settle my case to a favorable conclusion for me. They opposing general counsel and their attorneys never saw him coming and after a few hours of mediation quickly improved their offer and acquiesced. In fact the company general counsel met with us after the negotiations and stated to me "I hired a great attorney". It is with pride and honor that I write this so others may make the right choice in finding an employment and labor attorney to represent them.

Great Employment Law Experience

Eric Dama and the team of attorneys at Rob Wiley law firm are some of the best in Dallas. They were very attentive to my needs and helped me understand every step of the process. I would highly recommend Eric. He was assigned to my case and we walked away with a settlement through mediation!
