We thank God every day for Attorney Thomas A. Martin!

My son was accused of a felony sex crime that supposedly occurred 12 years ago! We were horrified and bewildered, to say the least. Everyone who knew my son (and his accuser) knew it was a false accusation. Many of the accuser's own family members were willing to testify on my son's behalf! But most ...people tend to believe the accuser unless there is actual proof that it did NOT happen. How can you "prove" to a jury that you did NOT do something 12 years ago? The State has all the advantages in these cases, and they are ruthless in their pursuit of a conviction, regardless of innocence. We needed experienced help! God heard our prayers and sent us a guardian angel, aka Attorney Thomas A. Martin. Mr. Martin skillfully guided us through the labyrinth of the criminal justice system. He is well versed in the tactics used by the State to achieve convictions regardless of the truth, and he knows how to dispel each one. Mr. Martin listened intently to each of us, calmly and compassionately answered all of our questions, and offered excellent advice throughout the ordeal. He explained the judicial process, the possible outcomes, and all of our options, every step of the way. He responded promptly to all of our messages and questions with thoughtful and informative responses. And although we knew he had many other clients, he made us feel as though our case was his top priority. Mr. Martin and his excellent team of investigators helped my son build a very solid defense, and most importantly, he believed in my son's innocence and was well prepared to defend him against this false accusation. We were all impressed by Mr. Martin's expertise, professionalism and candor, his rapport with the judges and other attorneys, his eloquent presentation of the facts, and his ability to connect with each individual's feelings and to answer even their unasked questions. In the end, we acheived a positive outcome and my son walked away a free man. If not for Mr. Martin and his team, the outcome could have been very different. We thank God every day for Attorney Thomas A. Martin! From a Very Grateful Mom
