My wife and I were in a serious car accident. As luck would have it we moved 3 months before and spoke to our insurance guy to get our policy right for the new home. Ended up working with someone else and we allowed that person to remove underinsured! Ok.. mistake made.. however my wife and I both... have had multiple surgeries and continue to treat. If I had to guess based on what was on the table most law firms would have told us no way... not worth their time. We were referred and Mr. Lyle came to us. He was 100% up front with us. Insurance companies have 1st right to take what they are "owed". When all was said an done they even lowered our fee which no one would ever do on my world. We signed a contract and were bound however they truly care for those they represent. I hope to never cross paths with another person using their vehicle as a weapon due to careless behavior... however if we so.. and we need legal advice they would be the first person we call and will reccomend to anyone wading through the pool of nonsense you are on TV. This firm is absolutely run with integrity and put us first. We got better than the best possible outcome... in a world run on profit and loss and profit at all cost. Not here!! If you want an honest firm.. compassionate firm that will not make promises they cannot keep.. you have the right place. Fortunately for us we found them... and really cannot appropriately Express our sincere thanks to everyone at Springer and Lyle. And Debbie is amazing. We call.. we would get a response all the time. Never ever had to call more than once. Dealing with we the people after something life changing has to be tough.. probably the same story these days as many distracted idiots are on the roads.. but they maintain a level of professionalism I have not seen in my business life over the last 34 years of my career. I am an executive... so unfortunately I have dealt with my share of the legal profession and have never done business with a firm like this. This is a first!
