Frank Garland Lyle

In Jan. 2015, I underwent neck surgery to repair a collapsed vertebrae and was released to return to all activities in March. In May, I was a passenger in a car when we were rear ended at a traffic light. I am a senior citizen, who is retired. I wasn't loosing any income, but I was loosing my abil...ity to be an active member of my "active adult community."
