Mr. Lyle has continued to spend numerous hours advising and representing me. He never wavered from his intent to obtain medical expenses I incurred from the accident on May 24, 2021. The billing was tangled up with auto/health insurance companies, along with third party billing firms. This was all sorted out because of Mr. Lyle’s tenacity, knowledge, and professionalism. He, then, let the adjuster with the insurance company representing the trucking company know what was needed for a proper settlement. If I had not had Mr. Lyle and his firm backing me, this would not have been possible. I met with Mr. Lyle to sign the settlement and pay him for his legal services. He would not take any payment. I cannot say enough about Mr. Lyle. He is the most trustworthy, humble, and dedicated attorney I have ever met. Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer were an amazing team for our family. We were recommended to them by a friend that is an attorney, and from the first meeting we knew why they were recommended. They were honest, reliable and consistent. Our case took over two years to resolve, yet they remained steadfast ...in their research and efforts to resolve the case. We could not have been more pleased with them as professionals. We hope to not find ourselves in need of their services again; however, if we did we would call Frank without hestitation.

After the first consultation and hiring Frank, I knew what could be done. Plainly. Professionally. Post having received an injury that potentially would have ended my career within my field of work which was due to another party's clear negligence, I received the best counsel that i could have fr...om Frank at the first meeting. The options of what could be done on their side was clear, and all suggestions for any action that i might take was explained in detail. My wellbeing and health as an individual was his priority. He worked through the legal processes along with me. I didn't feel at any point that I didn't have a clear picture of where my case was going or could go. Frank has definitive and refined experience. Any time I had a question or brought up any thought, he would respond with an explanation or answer that was direct, but not in any sort of a dismissive manner. Ever. If it was a concern of mine, it was a concern of his. I ended up placing my trust in him as a lawyer whom would be fighting for my best interests; which I didn't feel was a potential when it came to my health, wellbeing, and potentially my career being at risk. In return, he came through with getting a preferable settlement for the case, but ALWAYS kept my health as a priority. Not once did I not receive a question about my health status whenever i saw him; whether it be a brief appointment or hours long. As i felt the array of emotions of being disgruntled, frustrated, stressed, betrayed by another party, and worried for my future and my family's future from the time of the injury.
