Frank Lyle has given me excellent legal advice regarding an accident involving an 18 wheeler rear-ending me, which sent me to the ER and totaled my vehicle. Double roll-over car crash. The Subaru saved our lives, but we both went to the hospital and one of us would need surgery, rehab, PT, OT, for several months. My wife and I were in a serious car accident. As luck would have it we moved 3 months before and spoke to our insurance guy to get our policy right for the new home. Ended up working with someone else and we allowed that person to remove underinsured! Ok.. mistake made.. however my wife and I both... have had multiple surgeries and continue to treat.
