A SATISFYING EXPERIENCE

I am so exhausted, yet do not want to miss the opportunity of telling you about my experience with Brent Bowen. If you are looking for an attorney, please do not look any further. I was an anxious crazy mom when I came to know that my son was charged with 3RD DWI. My husband started looking for law...yers , We had a couple of appointments with 2 different attorneys before we found Mr Brent Bowen. If you are in trouble ( I hope not ) ,please do not look any further, I have already done the research for you. Trust me when I say he is the lawyer to contact. 15 months ago we met him for the 1st time. Before we gave him the retainer fee we wanted to meet him a 2nd time. I wanted to make sure that the person we are going to place our sons life in is competent and approachable. Mr Bowen turned out to be every bit we expected and hoped to be. Let me tell you a little about him. He is extremely smart, yet not arrogant, thoroughly professional and very approachable. We would text him about all different questions and he would text right back, it was such consolation in our most trying times. He is not at all money minded, his biggest concern was how to get the best result for my son. Just a week before the trial date the case took a turn for the worse , some new damaging evidence was discovered , we almost gave up hope , that was the time I saw him work so hard , put in extra hours. All I can say is when you are that dedicated you get the best results. I don't think I can say enough praises about him, you have to experience his gentleness and his professionalism personally . I am sure you would like to know the outcome of the case. My son was convicted of felony, he got probation with no prison time . Thank you Mr Bowen , I am ever so grateful.

Highly Recommend for Criminal Case

Brent literally saved my life as I know it. I was caught up in an unfortunate event that resulted in criminal charges. Initially I hired one attorney out of panic and after a month realized that I had made a huge mistake. I had heard of Brent Bowen so I went to meet with him and hired him on the spot.... Brent was always honest with me, responded to my every question and kept me posted on what was going on. After a few short months, the DA offered me deferred and this was not acceptable. Brent went back to bat for me and got my case dismissed. Thank you Brent!!

Trustworthy and persistent

Brent represented my son during a felony charge, as well as when he broke probation on that felony charge. He stuck by him but made sure that my son was being honest. I admired the fact that he held my son accountable to the truth and represented him based on just that.

DWI second: acquittal by jury - If you want top notch representation, look no further.

DWI-Second: NOT GUILTY VERDICT Disposition (Judicial Officer: Bridges, Joe) 1. DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND (BT) Acquitted - Jury Verdict Not Guilty If you want your record to look like the above, read this review and make your representation decision. My experiences with Brent begin wit...h my -first- DWI. Being a young and naive college student, I decided to take a plea. I received a fine, community service and probation (among other alcohol education classes, etc.). I thought to myself, “one conviction? Who cares, probation is easy and the fines aren’t that much”. This would have been well-and-fine if I had not gotten a second DWI charge one month into my probation during my senior year. Needless to say, it makes the book that the state will throw at you much thicker whilst in the midst of probation. In addition to a violation of probation terms on several levels, I was facing a struggle that made this case much more difficult for me. I had just recently graduated with a shiny new degree (an expensive one, financed by loans) without an established career path. A -second- DWI conviction would look extremely negative to prospective employers and indeed, this is what I was experiencing. However, a second conviction as well as a motion to revoke probation meant I was looking at a likelihood of jail time (months of it) if I lost trial. I didn’t give a breath or blood sample, but I could’ve looked better on the videotaped field sobriety tests…. The urge to plea out and take the conviction was severe, but Brent never let me lose faith and made apparent many different aspects of this conviction that would follow me around for life that didn’t occur to me. The most widely known of these is that a third DWI conviction results in automatic incarceration in a state prison. But as I said, a plea with no jail time looked more attractive to me due to my young age and short-sightedness. Brent helped me keep my license and my freedom while things were progressing with the second case. Being a defendant and waiting for judgment day can be very frightening, but Mr. Bowen's professionalism and sincere concern kept me confident throughout the entirety of my legal proceedings. I would never take another attorney with me to trial, or any other legal proceeding, for that matter. Most of the general public arrives at the notion that many lawyers are about the money and will try to sway you toward a trial (and thus more fees) and I was no different. I could not have been more wrong about Mr. Bowen. Brent will always keep you informed and will not hesitate to alleviate any concerns you may have. In addition, he is always 100% honest. He will clearly lay the facts of the case out to you, as well as, the potential consequences. This is what was most surprising to me about Mr. Bowen. I was not a case to Brent, I was a person – and he had a GENUINE and vested interest in what would happen to me and my future. He made sure that every step we took was my own and didn’t try to push me one way or the other. Luckily, I elected trial and that is where the fireworks began. Mr. Bowen will beat up the prosecution and the testifying officer. He poked holes in their case brilliantly and in ways I couldn’t have imagined on my own. This is one of the most competent and intelligent human beings I have seen in action. His expertise in his craft far exceeded any University Professor I have ever had or anyone I have ever worked with/witnessed in a professional setting. The jury reached a decision in just fifteen minutes with a not-guilty verdict. This is a boon to my life circumstances and a memory I will carry with me forever. I owe it all to Brent Bowen.
