My case was a strange one. I had to get an old case dismissed from 8 years ago in Denton which popped up its ugly head when I applied for a work visa to live in USA. I hired Mr. Bowen after a phone consultation, needles to say this was a leap of faith. Hiring anyone over for the phone without a meeti...ng, I obviously had my reservations, but traveling to Texas to get this resolved was not in my plans or budget so I went for it and it worked out perfectly for me! Mr. Bowen firstly informed me I may indeed have to travel to Texas to get a dismissal from the DA, but he would try his very best to get the dismissal without me traveling down there, and the end result was, he did just that!! Within a matter of weeks, the case was dismissed without me ever having to travel to Texas.
