Very happy with end result

My first and hopefully experience I will have to hire a law attorney and glad I hired Tim Powers. Made the process so easy while I was stressing out not knowing what was going to happen. Wealth of knowledge. My only critique is that it takes to long to respond to emails. Very quick when I called ...and good about getting back to me as soon as possible.

Tim Powers and Associates were Great!

After being arrested for the first time I was able to meet with Attorney Tom Powers and get answers to my legal questions and concerns with my Case. Not knowing what to expect after being arrested was very difficult for me and my family. After meeting with the Attorneys and retaining them I was able... to continue working and did not have to appear in court until final resolution of my case. The legal staff were very professional and knowledgable. I am certain I received the best possible resolution through their advice and legal expertise. exceptional lawyer

Tim Powers is an exceptional lawyer. He is speaking to me in a medication conveyance case in Denton County. .He is most proficient and amazingly solid. He has been tried and true and reliable. Despite the fact that I live out of state, Mr. Forces and his office have effectively kept me up to speed on... the advancement of my case. I began being extremely eager and needed quick conclusion. Tim let me know that the better results take quite a while and I should have been persistent. He was completely right. It assumed control more than 4 months to have the medications tried by the state lab and once the outcomes were known my lawyer went in "fight mode." The outcomes couldn't have been something more. I was educated for the current week the case had been released. I was confronting up to 20 years in jail and couldn't be more eased. Much obliged to you.

Great Results / Great Representation / Great Attorney

Tim Powers is an outstanding attorney. He is representing me in a drug delivery case in Denton County. .He is most knowledgeable and extremely reliable. He has been dependable and trustworthy. Although I live out of state, Mr. Powers and his office have successfully kept me up to speed on the prog...ress of my case. I started out being very impatient and wanted immediate closure. Tim told me that the better results take a long time and I needed to be patient. He was absolutely right. It took over 4 months to have the drugs tested by the state lab and once the results were known my attorney went in "battle mode." The results couldn't have been better. I was informed this week the case had been dismissed. I was facing up to 20 years in prison and couldn't be more relieved. Thank you.

Honest evaluation- perfect result.

I was in a “tight spot” — already indicted for a felony assault case. I saw several attorneys, but Tim Powers calmly assessed, analyzed, and concluded it was possible to beat the case, in spite of the odds against us. The thing I really respected about Tim was the fact that he was very blunt and ot ...the point. No sugar candy coating, no lies. In a criminal case, odds are against one who is arrested in Denton County. It took a lot of effort, but needless to say …… WE WON! And with flying colors. I’ve talked to a few lawyer friends of mine, and they have NEVER heard of a D.A. giving up on an INDICTMENT to go back to the Grand Jury. Tim was recommended to me by another attorney. Said you were HONEST. He was absolutely correct. He also said you were one of, if not, the FINEST criminal attorney in Denton County. I found that to be correct. Anyone who is reading this should know that you and your firm are the BEST in Denton County. He operates with skill and INTEGRITY second to none. If someone is looking for an attorney who will patronize them and lie to them, then the Tim Powers office is not for you. My case was unique and quite complex, There were a lot of bumps in the road throughout our one and a half years in the process. In the end result my case was dismissed and I have my life back. I hope I will never be involved in another criminal case again. But if I am, I am only going one place for representation.
