Tim Powers - Best Attorney in the County

When I was arrested for DWI in Denton. I had no idea who to hire for my defense attorney. That's when a very trusting friend told me to call Tim Powers, and it turned out to be the best advice possible. When I met with Tim and gave him the details about the arrest he suggested that we set up for a ju...ry trial and plead not guilty. After two and one half days of trial the jury acquitted me of the DWI charge. Tim deflated the states case and proved that the police officer failed to perform the tests correctly that he used as evidence against me. Tim is truly an expert DWI lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone that wants to win!

Tim Powers - Fantastic Lawyer

I was falsely arrested for a DWI in Flower Mound. After being inundated with advertisement letters, I spoke to three attorneys in the area about my case. I tried to select carefully and chose the one that predicted the best outcome for my case. After a couple of months, it was obvious this attorne...y was all fluff and no substance. He told me the best I could get was probation and tried to talk me into pleading guilty .I had lost all confidence in him and also found out he had been fired from the DA’s office about a year earlier. I then hired Tim Powers. Tim and his office were spectacular. It took months to get the result I wanted. The Law Office of Tim Powers believed in me any my case and I finally received the dismissal I deserved. Fantastic team.

Fantastic DWI Representation

I was arrested for a felony DWI in Lewisville, Texas about 8 months ago. The best thing I could have done was select the Law Offices of Tim Powers for representation in my DWI felony case. I was potentially facing a serious prison sentence. There were a number of issues in my case but the most imp...ortant was one I never noticed. Tim and I watched the video several times and he noted from a 2nd officer's video there was no legal reason that I should have been stopped. The case was recently dismissed and I have my life back. It was well worth the money. His office did a great job for me. It seemed to take forever, however, I guess the good results always do. They will always have my thanks.

Tim Powers and Staff took very good care of me after my DUI. My first time ever to be arrested or in trouble with the law. They made the process easy and explained everything to me. I was very happy with my decision to have Tim Power represent me.

terrible representation

The reviews about this attorney mishandling DUI cases are true. Make sure you do your research and do not sign a contract? I know facts about my case & I initially spoke to Mr. Powers then all of a sudden months later my cases was handled by one of his staff members grace in which she had my case con...fused with another case, incorrect facts gave me the wrong court date & didn't even know my name smh. On top of that instead of reviewing the facts of my DUI case this office advised me that the DA did not "like" the way that I spoke to the officer that arrested me even though I am clearly innocent of this crime I was charged smh? Mr. Powers is a former prosecuter so naturally he's going to believe that your are guilty until proven innocent. Not to mention the first staff member my case had been handled to quite the firm b/c of punishments that Mr. Powers felt like his clients deserved. Be very careful, extremely careful. Your first time speaking with Mr. Powers might be your last. After you have paid them then everything doesn't matter anymore. If your case is given to Grace you better run & run away fast & never look back!!
