Who needs a defense attorney?

I contacted the law office of Tim Powers because I was arrested for the first time and I didn't know what to do. To be honest he was the 13th lawyer that I had contacted. I wanted to be sure that the person I hired was going to fight for me like a parent would. When I explained the facts of the case,... he spoke to me like a father would. He made me feel comfortable for him to represent me. Him and his group got me in contact with the people I needed in order to fulfill the requirements of my case. It was not all about money with him and I wasn't just another number. Whenever I had any questions or issues, I would get a prompt response with sufficient information so that I wouldn't have to worry about my case. I would definitely hire this law firm again. I hope I will not have to though. Haha!

Grace & Debra were awesome

As soon as we employees. I got a call with Grace who had a game plan and the best route we should take, she listened and answered any and all questions as we giving me much relief over my ordeal. Incredible team

I highly recommend anyone who has had a run in with the Law in Denton county to hire the team at the law offices of attorney Tim Powers. I recently got a unlawful carrying of a firearm charge. I did a lot of research and I decided to go with Tim powers because I believe it was my best chance to get a... positive outcome from a really bad situation. The team spent the time to walk me through and thoroughly explain the charge I was facing and what they could do for me. They thought there was a good chance of getting the cased dismissed due to the circumstances and they were absolutely correct. They were able to get the case dismissed and I never even had to go into a courtroom. To put the cherry on top they didn’t even charge me the full amount quoted. I would without hesitation recommend the law offices of Tim powers to anyone in need of legal representation in Denton county. Exceptional

Tim and his entire office is nothing but incredible. I had an issue arise that was ultimately affecting the outcome of my dream career. Tim took the case on and was very on top of it. He made no promises but gave his word that he would do everything in his power to make it go away and he did just tha...t. My case was dismissed entirely. Tim knows what he is doing by all measures and produces results. Lastly - his office and team members were more than accommodating as well. They took every one of my many phone calls and were beyond patient and informative with me. If you’re having any legal issues with Denton county, The Law Offices Of Tim Powers is the firm to call.
