Amazing criminal defense
The law office of Tim powers is an outstanding choice in criminal defense. All the attorneys are professional, helpful, and experienced. They walked me through the justice system due diligence. They were able to secure a favorable plea and offered to help after my case was closed free of charge.

DWI case was deferred
My attorney was Ms. Hayley Brown (Senior attorney with Tim Powers). She helped me throughout the process and I felt very secure knowing that I had expert legal advice. She helped lessen my probation sentence and was able to get my DWI first offense to deferred adjudication.

Everything the court and probation wanted me to do Tim Powers had me do ahead of time, they sounded shocked when i said i had completed all the classes that they required for my probation.

Well worth it
As soon as I step into the law office of Tim powers I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff where very professional and knowledgeable. I had a very serious charge but they got it completely drop. Really went above and beyond
