Best Legal Experience I've Ever Had and Heard Of! So Responsive, Assertive and Gets Action! Forget the Hammer, He's the Bomb!

Tim Powers and his team (Kate specifically) was absolutely awesome to deal with! I found myself in a family domestic violence situation falsely accused and facing some serious felony charges and Tim was diligent in pursuing the facts, evidence and turning it around in my favor so I didn't even have ...to go to court-the DA dropped the charges! Kate was fantastic. They both regularly answered my e-mails and questions after hours and put my mind at ease about my situation. All in all, I believe it took 3-4 weeks from beginning to end for my case to be absolved but considering what my potential charges were this was nothing! He has a radio show with someone on it just like my story and one time I called into his office and heard the radio show and it's no lie-my situation ended up EXACTLY like that person on his show. You hear a lot about some hammer attorney in town-forget about him, Tim is the bomb!

The hardest working law office!

My Attorney Grace went above and beyond expectations in my contested hearing. Without a doubt The Law Offices of Tim Powers has the best trial ready attorneys on staff. The case was tough with whom had to be the most aggressive ADA, but Grace showed confidence in everything she said. They really know... how to get you the best outcome in any case, I put my full trust with them. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work they put in and all around great people. My family thanks them for the exceptional service and compassion.

Very Pleased with Tim Powers and has associates

Tim Powers had to be the best decision Ive made during the course of all my legal issues. From the time I walked in the door I felt invited and it felt like Mr Powers cared about my situation. The price was reasonable compare to other law offices and everyone I worked with was very professional and c...ourteous. I would recommend that anyone having any legal troubles should give Tim Powers and his associates a call. I've listened to some genuine ghastliness stories about the absence of representation by a few lawyers - particularly in Denton County. I'm so extremely lucky that my sibling conveyed me to his firm. Th...at the representation hey gave me was superb. I understand that the admiration that the D.A. has for Tim and his office is the purpose behind the mercy that I was given. He likewise took the time to disclose everything to me notwithstanding my newness to the lawful framework. It is irregular to me for somebody I've known for such a brief while to demonstrate to me the graciousness that Tim Powers and the staff at his office demonstrated to me. My case is presently shut, I have no criminal record and everything is clear. In any case, I will perpetually be appreciative that Tim contended energetically to get me a decent result that would not torment me until the end of time.
