On top of that instead of reviewing the facts of my DUI case this office advised me that the DA did not "like" the way that I spoke to the officer that arrested me even though I am clearly innocent of this crime I was charged smh? Mr. Powers is a former prosecuter so naturally he's going to believe that your are guilty until proven innocent. Not to mention the first staff member my case had been handled to quite the firm b/c of punishments that Mr. Powers felt like his clients deserved. Be very careful, extremely careful. Your first time speaking with Mr. Powers might be your last. After you have paid them then everything doesn't matter anymore. If your case is given to Grace you better run & run away fast & never look back!!
