Best Legal Experience I've Ever Had and Heard Of! So Responsive, Assertive and Gets Action! Forget the Hammer, He's the Bomb!

Tim Powers and his team (Kate specifically) was absolutely awesome to deal with! I found myself in a family domestic violence situation falsely accused and facing some serious felony charges and Tim was diligent in pursuing the facts, evidence and turning it around in my favor so I didn't even have ...to go to court-the DA dropped the charges! Kate was fantastic. They both regularly answered my e-mails and questions after hours and put my mind at ease about my situation. All in all, I believe it took 3-4 weeks from beginning to end for my case to be absolved but considering what my potential charges were this was nothing! He has a radio show with someone on it just like my story and one time I called into his office and heard the radio show and it's no lie-my situation ended up EXACTLY like that person on his show. You hear a lot about some hammer attorney in town-forget about him, Tim is the bomb!

Highly recommended

During my consultation Tim gave me straight forward answers and was very informative on my case and what the possible outcomes were. I was charged with assault and the prosecution requested I be put on probation for 18 months, 24 hrs community service, plus anger management class. This was my firs...t offense. Hayley Brown handled my case and she too was vey straight forward and honest. In the end she was able to get a dismissal in my case with only the anger management requirement, and I might add was negotiated to an online class so I didn't miss work, in fact during this entire ordeal I never had to miss work. Highly professional, and highly recommended.

Dedicated to their clients!

I was privileged to use The Law offices of Timpowers as my representative in my case. My attorney was Monica Khirallah, and she fought a good fight for me. I really felt as if she represented me as she would herself. She asked questions and was able to pinpoint discrepancies that could have hindered... me. She even argued repeatedly facts that would have lead to me having grounds for an appropriate appeal. Fortunately I was able to walk away with all charges acquitted. Thank you again Monica for all the hard work you did not only for me, but my family as well!

Great Law Firm!!

The Law Offices of Tim Powers is excellent! I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hayley Brown, and the Law Offices of Tim Powers for the excellent work they did in defending and winning my DWI case. After some research, I had decided to contact this law firm. I initially directly spoke with Tim ...Powers where he gave me a very detailed consultation and clearly explained all my options to me. He was extremely helpful which helped me decide to hire his firm. Hayley Brown did an amazing job as my attorney! She is a very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, understanding, reliable, and a very talented lawyer. She did an excellent job during my trial and helped me win my case. She was very confident during the process and came up with a multitude of angles to defend the case which resulted in a NOT GUILTY verdict. I have never been in trouble in my entire life, and this was my first experience in a courtroom so I was extremely nervous. She kept me calm and informed on everything. She is an excellent lawyer! Also thank you to the entire Tim Powers staff for their professionalism and keeping me well-informed on my case. Excellent Team

From my initial consultation, Tim Powers provided advice based on facts and went the extra mile to make sure I was well represented. I had initially hired an out of county attorney that missed some key dates regarding the ability to maintain a driver's license; Tim stepped in and handled the errors ...without additional charges. Haley Brown provided a determined passion to understand my situation and pursue the best defense. I was traveling out of state often during this time period and the Power's team keep me well informed and provided representation that allowed me to move forward with work obligations. The team of Tim Powers and Haley Brown reviewed the facts of my case, provided me options to pursue, and evaluated the probability of going to trial. We were set to go to trial and through Haley's extra efforts and tenacity my case resulted in a full dismissal.
