Awesome Defense!

I am extremely satisfied with the level of attention I received from Tim Powers' office. From the initial consultation, to working with me on my payments and courteous reminders for any court dates coming up. They were able to get me into the Pre-Trial Diversion program and save my future. Every inte...raction I had with everyone at Tim Powers office from Debra, to Alysia in the office and Michael was always very personable and sincere. They are a team of super humans and I would recommend anyone looking for top notch service right to their office!

Best attorney in Denton County

everyone was so helpful and really cared about my case. My attorney worked hard to get a fair outcome for me. I would recommend this law office to anyone needing a defense lawyer.

I never thought I would be in a situation like I was.

I will forever be grateful to Mr. Powers and his whole office for all the tremendous work they did. I was in a long and complicated case facing dramatic and serious life changes but in the end justice prevailed with all of their help. It had been more than two years I was facing this charge and they ...were their for me all throughout the way. They are friendly, courteous, compassionate and honest. I never thought in my whole life I would be in a situation like this. I can truly say though if I didn't have their assistance I don't know how much better off I would be. You will not go wrong for choosing this team. It would be the best decision if you ever find yourself in trouble and need the legal help. Thank you Mr. Powers and staff.

Awesome lawyer!!

I came to the law offices of Tim Powers with somewhat of a very complicated case. Facing a very lengthy prison term. His whole staff was very helpful in telling me exactly what my options were. For over a year they worked with me and had several court hearings. Grace is an amazing lawyer and really w...ent to bat for me when it came down to my plea. The judge even told me i was very lucky to have her as my defense and his outcome would have been different had i not. I was given probation and the chance to be a free man with my family. I highly recommend the services Tim Powers has to offer.

As Good as it could have been

Helped me get through my very first charge with ease. He was a intelligent, funny man. Glad I picked him and have the chance to put this all behind me.
