Excellent law firm, Josh Hudson was my attorney and I was already on probation and my ex wife put a bogus harassment charge against me, they got the charge dismissed

Would probably be in jail if it weren’t for Tim!
Found myself in some trouble and called countless attorneys before I found Tim. Tim took the time to talk to me and learn both sides of the story. Last Minute Lawyer, Best Case Scenario
Tim Powers represented me in a DUI case this year. My first lawyer passed just before my first court date, so I had many questions and things to catch up on (such as a mitigation plan, resetting court dates, and negotiating with the prosecution.) He was accommodating, and I am now on probation.
