Tim's office is the best in TX. He cares about the client even though they may have accessed of a crime. Tim has definitely saved not only my children but my husband not going to prison/juvenation court. My two sons got into trouble when they were teenagers doing stop things to impress their frien...ds. The cases were serious in nature. He sat down with each child and clearly to them the risk involved and how they have to follow a straight and narrow line until the court date and when their probation is up. They are both followed the advice, but I love about Tim he treats these teenagers as his own child and fact the whole office treats you like family and they are to help fix the mess they got themselves into and clearly tell them the repercussions if they do not follow the advice/path he has come up with them. I can tell you it did work, and they took him seriously and respect the "heck" of out them and anyone in the office. Again, how Tim treats you like family and tells you straight how of any actions. I recommend him to anyone in trouble if you follow his and his team's guidance your legal drama will be a heck of a less than with another attorney.

Amazing Representation

Tim and his group of attorneys are absolutely amazing. I was blessed to have Hayley as my attorney and couldn't have asked or found better representation for my DWI case. She worked very hard to get me into DWI court and the experience is a once on a lifetime chance that I am glad I didn't pass up. I...f you are looking for lawyers who have your best interest at heart then the Office of Tim Powers is where you need to go. Not once did I ever feel judged or left out of any decisions that were made on my behalf. Thank you to Tim and everyone who works in his office. A HUGE shout out to Hayley for seeing something different in my case and me and getting me the 2nd chance I needed.
