Gave me my life back

I met with Mr. Powers about my case, and he reassured me that everything was going to be fine, after he reviewed my case. I hired him on the spot!! The office staff in the front are exceptionally friendly, and ready to answer any questions you have. You can tell that they all care about you, from the... moment you walk through the door!! Haylee is very professional and is very upfront with you about your case. Brittany, I want to especially acknowledge her. Brittany reviewed the tapes, when I was arrested last May of last year, and she noticed that the officer had voilated my Miranda Rights, bcause of the way he'd asked me a question, which Brittany caught, and it's because of her, that my case was dismissed!!!! I couldn't believe it! I cried and cried! I had been so worried about this case, and thanks to all the hard work from Tim Powers office, I'm done with Denton County!!! Thank y'all so very much!!! I highly recommend anyone needing a criminal lawyer to call Tim Powers, right now!!!! They will FIGHT FOR YOU!!!!

Best Legal Experience I've Ever Had and Heard Of! So Responsive, Assertive and Gets Action! Forget the Hammer, He's the Bomb!

Tim Powers and his team (Kate specifically) was absolutely awesome to deal with! I found myself in a family domestic violence situation falsely accused and facing some serious felony charges and Tim was diligent in pursuing the facts, evidence and turning it around in my favor so I didn't even have ...to go to court-the DA dropped the charges! Kate was fantastic. They both regularly answered my e-mails and questions after hours and put my mind at ease about my situation. All in all, I believe it took 3-4 weeks from beginning to end for my case to be absolved but considering what my potential charges were this was nothing! He has a radio show with someone on it just like my story and one time I called into his office and heard the radio show and it's no lie-my situation ended up EXACTLY like that person on his show. You hear a lot about some hammer attorney in town-forget about him, Tim is the bomb!

I made a bad decisions in life and tim powers was able to help me stay out of jail and better my situation instead of making it worse very appreciative of Haley as well she was very helpful

best of a bad situation

i went to Tim Powers because of a DWI. I spoke with him the first day and several other times on the phone. i was very happy with the service i got from this law firm. they returned my calls, they notified me of upcoming court dates etc. Haley Brown mostly handled my case. A great example that ...lawyers, at least some have a heart. She was very helpful with any questions i had. She worked to get me the best deal i could get. im not saying i have faith in lawyers; but i kinda do in this law firm. i feel they did me right

great experience

They helped me with a dwi 2nd and did a great job. I ended up getting a better plea than what i had originally hoped for. Tim and Haley were fantastic. I would highly recommend!!
