Great experience

They did everything I asked for on my case. Got reckless driving and DWLI and told them no matter what I didn’t want to lose my liscense or go to jail. After it’s all said and done I’m going to be able to exsponge it. So even better than what I asked for.

Great representation and communication

I hired Tim Powers to represent me for multiple tickets and managed to get a great deal thanks to them. Their communication and representation made the whole ordeal as simple and painless as possible, as well as saved me a good deal of money.

Outstanding Attorney and Staff

Before I knew of Timothy Powers I had hired another Attorney, which was a huge mistake. I called Tim Powers office and his staff was amazing, They asked me some relevant questions before they connected me with Mr. Powers. Mr. Powers was very honest and forth coming with me. He shared with me the ...right approach for my case. He listen tentatively to what I expected from him and his team. I called on a Thursday and we met on Friday. He was very professional and knew the Law with any reservations. We discussed the specifics, he read me my case, and executed to the highest degree. Tim gave me various options and recommended his years of expertise on how to plea my case. Bottom line he closed my case within Three weeks, and I am very satisfied with the results. He is a tenacious Lawyer and I will highly recommend his firm to anyone. His staff is always available and very professional.

The Best Lawyer In Town

Tim Powers and his team helped my sister with a felony case about 10 years ago. When I got into some trouble, he was the first person I called. They got me in for a consultation quick and was very confident that he could help me with no jail time and minimal fees. He stuck by his word. His office was... also quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Very knowledgable

Mr. Powers represented me for a possession charge. He made me aware of options I didn't know about, and got me a far less harsh sentence.
