Tim Powers is absolutely the best attorney in Denton County. I recently had an felony assault case. Tim and his staff went over the facts and found issues that just amazed me. On Friday the case was dismissed. The stress of the arrest was insurmountable, however, I can breathe a huge sigh of relief n...ow that the Law Office of Tim Powers was able to get a dismissal for me. Considering the state was offering 5 years TDC, I couldn't be happier. Hopefully I won't have criminal law issues again, however, when I do there is only one place to turn in Denton County.
