Best value for great representation

Going through an arrest for a first time DWI, I was scared out of my mind. I looked online to find a great lawyer and found the office of Tim Powers. They were completely professional from the initial consultation down to my sentencing. Any questions I had, they were quick to respond. They made the p...rocess less stressful for me for giving clarity. They explained all of the processes very thoroughly to make my life as easy as possible. Awesome Lawyer team

The whole process of getting a DUI felt like my life was over. I am one of those people who wants to do great in life, have people's respect, and I want to help others. When i got the DUI i felt embarrassed and overwhelmed. I started to contact other law firms, and some of these folks wanted a lot... of money, I did not know what I was going to do finally, I contacted Tim Powers office, spoke to Mr. Powers, he was really down to earth easy to talk to. I made a deposit and they started working my case right away. I felt a relief instantly. Things were pushed back because of covid, and they would check in with me, and tell me dates and I never felt overwhelmed again!!! The day of my case his senior Lawyer worked the case and I was really pleased with outcome. I thank God for directing me to Tim Powers and his law office. Thanks again for his awesome staff and Hailey Brown for her over and beyond work. I cant express my gratitude enough, thanks so much!!!!! 10 Stars easily!!!

Highly recommend - Excellent Attorneys

I highly recommend The Law Office of Tim Powers! Tim Powers and the assisting attorneys helped me resolve my case in a quick and efficient manner. Although the courts took a long time to file my case, the office was on top of it and had me set up for pre trial diversion within a few days of the case ...being filed and before I even received a letter from the courts! I felt there was an open line of communication for any questions and concerns I had while waiting for my case to be filed. The payment plan system allowed me to easily pay for the services and was very helpful financially. The recommendations set forth by the attorneys while waiting for filing allowed for me to quickly reach the pre-trail diversion agreement so my case can ultimately be dismissed.

Amazing!

My boyfriend and I got a misdemeanor charge and we’re having to go to court. Very uneasy about the situation, we started looking at lawyers. We had gotten into contact with atleast 4 other lawyers, before we met with Tim powers. We had a meeting with him, on a Saturday, and he was very good at explai...ning everything to us and making sure we had all of our questions answered. They have a very confident team and we started the process that day. It was one of the easiest experiences, having to just physically meet with them that one day, and just letting them take care of our situation! They were amazing at calling us and keeping us updated, and we had gotten our case dismissed!! We put our full trust into them and theydid an amazing job! Overall great experience!
