Girling Law focuses exclusively on the needs of Texas landlords. We strive to serve as a one-stop shop for Texas landlords. Our Eviction Attorneys handle all forms of focible detainer (eviction) representation, from the Justice of the Peace to the Texas Supreme Court. We also represent Texas landlords when tenants file bankruptcy or attempt to sue their landlords. Are there significant damages to your Texas rental property or is your tenant's past, unpaid rent just too much to justify letting him walk away without consequences? Our Landlord-Tenant lawyers are experts in suing problem tenants. For Texas Landlords who have developed a sizable portfolio of rental properties, our Real Estate Attorneys can construct "property shelters" designed to segment liability for each of your rental property assents and provide you anonymity (keeping you from being named individually as a Plaintiff). Our Eviction Attorneys will also collect on your past eviction judgments. Finally, our firm is happy to offer you high quality, written lease agreements engineered by our Eviction Attonreys to provide Texas landlords as many protections as Texas real estate law allows. We do not represent tenants.
Girling Law has two offices: Plano, TX and North Richland Hills, TX. This enables us to easily handle cases in Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, and all adjacent counties. Consultations for landlords are always free. We understand that problem tenants often cause our Texas landlord clients to suffer significant financial losses by the time the need to hire an attorney arises. While we cannot go as far as bearing the risk of your Texas investment properties, our firm is always happy to work with you on a retainer payment plan that can help soften the blow from your diminishing cash flows.

handle my tenant evacuation case gracefully
