Good Experience with Child Custody and Support

When I went for a consultation (which are free), David listened to my questions and worries and assured me that my case would not be difficult as long as it wasn't a tense battle over every tiny detail, as it wasn't a divorce just child custody and support. The retainer fee, while intimidating to pay... upfront, covered the cost of the two court hearings and orders and any phone calls and emails made between us. I didn't hire David until a week before my court hearing as I only got a week's notice for it and contacted him immediately and, true to his word, he set up a different date so he could catch up to the paperwork, and he took care of everything. The outcome of the permanent order was the most desirable outcome that could've occurred and I have no complaints against his practice and office. When I would call his office, Lisa would answer and if not available, leaving a voicemail would guarantee a call back and she answered any questions I had.

Excellent Lawyer at family law

I hired Mr. Kelley to help me through an extensive, and needless to say stressful, custody battle. I have never had a bad day in court thanks to Mr. Kelley and Ms. Gavia. Mr. Kelley is adept at briefing his clients before any proceedings which has helped me immensely. All of the tedious details in th...e paperwork were explained, and the processes have always been handled swiftly. You are in good hands with Mr. Kelley.

Won every court date

I went to war with my ex over custody of my child. She kept our 3 month old daughter from me, lied, had me arrested, tried to get protective orders and tried to make it where I got no time with our daughter. We had at least 6 court dates and he won every time. After each court date I got more and mo...re time with my daughter. Protective order was denied, rescheduling motions always got granted. Due to the questions he asked at the protective order hearing my criminal attorney was able to use the statements that she made under oath to prove that she was lying, my criminal charges were then dismissed before trial. In the end I now have 50/50 custody just like I wanted all along. I have my daughter every birthday, holiday etc etc. Will 100% be using him again if it is needed.

Suit to Modify

As my attorney, David was very proactive in protecting my rights as a father. David and his associate Lisa Gavia went above and beyond to give reliable feedback and answers regarding my case. Additionally David demonstrated excellent negotiation skills during my mediation settlement agreement. At thi...s law office, I felt my interests protected and adhered to causing no concerns. His services were reasonable and fair. I highly recommend him to others based on my experience as a client.
