Attorney David E. Kelley and his law firm represented me during my 2014-2015 divorce case. He is a very intelligent and compassionate family attorney who did exceptional work, which ended up resulting in a fair court settlement. He was always available on the phone/email and consistently responded ... to my queries promptly. He was always early to our court hearings and made sure that I understood what was going to be presented in court during each individual hearing. I filed for divorce in Oct 2013 and it is at the end of Feb 2014, I am still not divorced. I call and talk to Lisa at least once a week, she tells me they are still working on my case. It has been one month since going to mediation and they are still reading over my divorce decree. It can't possibly ...take that long to read over it. David was late to my first court hearing and I haven't talked to him since and that was in Nov 2013. Most of Dec 2013 they were out of the office, now they are out of the office until Tue Feb 25. It's a simple case and I can't understand why they won't work on it and get it over with. They've charged me almost $4000 and haven't done much of anything. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this lawyer. Very unprofessional.

I would spend time writing a review, but, after reading the previous review it is almost word for word how I was going to describe Mr Kelley. He was an hour late to my case and was running back and forth between cases making everyone involved frustrated. His fees are, in fact, inflated. I'm still rec...eiving bills for amounts over my retainage after not having a chance in court due to his lack of being prepared.
